Our
self-contained calibration systems react to the
spool and utilize interchangeable transducers
rather than fixed
bars. Rather than sending back your entire unit
for calibration, you only have to send back the
individual transducer; having a back-up transducer
on site will completely eliminate the downtime
normally required for recalibrating!

Our
CTC 3000 dual-purpose calibration system (shown
at left) is very flexible for use with a full
range
of
hand torquing
tools. Features
two calibration options, with accuracy
to ±.25% of reading/full scale:
Option
A: 650 ft.-lbs. with 3/4" female drive and adapter
bushings for 1/2" and 3/8" drives.
Option
B: 1,000 in.-lbs. with 3/8" female drive and
1/4" drive adapter bushing. |
