ATP
600/1200/1500/2500 Series Digitally Controlled
Torque Wrenches
Our
lightweight (10-13 lbs.) digitally controlled
torque wrenches are accurate to ±1% of
full scale and have a built-in microprocessor,
a PC interface
and a printer interface. Torquing
and operating data can be viewed, printed or
transmitted to a computer for analysis. Torque
values are read in ft.-lbs., in.-lbs. or N-m,
with no conversion
charts required to interpolate from pressure
gauge readings. Advanced Torque Products' 600/1200/1500/2500
Series digitally controlled torque wrenches are
equipped with an anti-rotation device to hold
torque without backing off. Each wrench is electronically
calibrated in both directions, eliminating variances
in CW and CCW calibration.
This
series was developed for organizations with intermediate
torque needs, confronting today's increased emphasis
on safety and ergonomic concerns. Its state-of-the-art
design, lightweight portability and accuracy
have made this wrench the preferred tool of many
companies. When safety and ergonomic issues are
primary concerns, Advanced Torque's digitally
controlled torque wrenches are the answer.
Easy
retrofit to customer requirements: Drive
adapter, reaction pin diameter and pin spacing
can be customized to customer specifications.
The
design of the ATP 600/1200/1500/2500 provides
ease of use for the operator and works to prevent
injuries and muscle stress incurred during repeated
applications and operations. This unit requires
a minimal amount of exertion to achieve the desired
torque value and is very easy to use: |

Two methods of developing printed outputs: connect
the ATP Series Torque Wrench directly to either a
printer or PC. |
| • |
Printing techniques permit capture of data for
process verification, QA compliance and permanent
files without manual notation of date, time, torque
and other data. |
Various
torque ranges are available in this hydraulic wrench
series. Ranges are determined by specific customer
torque requirements and needs. The following wrench
specifications relate to all torque ranges for
