ATP
3000/6000 Series Hydraulic Torque Wrenches
Our
lightweight (34 to 38 lbs.) hydraulic torque
wrenches are accurate to ±1% of full scale
and have two microprocessors, a PC interface
(shown at right) and a printer interface. Torquing
and operating data can be viewed, printed or
transmitted to a computer for analysis. The software
interface permits the capture of data for process
verification, QA compliance and permanent files
without manual notation. Torque values are read
in ft.-lbs., in.-lbs. or N-m, with no conversion
charts required to interpolate from pressure
gauge readings. Advanced Torque Products' 3000/6000
Series hydraulic torque wrenches are electronically
calibrated in both directions, eliminating variances
in CW and CCW calibration.
All
torquing units are interchangeable with adapters
to retrofit to customer applications. Our
hydraulic torque wrenches are GE, Rolls Royce,
Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC 41050), Sikorsky
Aircraft and Honeywell approved.
The
ATP 3000/6000 Series Hydraulic Torque Wrench
is easy to use: |
 |
| • |
Portable,
lightweight and precise |
| • |
Used
to apply, measure and record torque in
precise amounts |
| • |
Designed
for production, maintenance and R & D
analysis |
| • |
Interchangeable
with adapters |
|
|
| |
• |
Direction arrows and color-coded components show
at a glance which way the center hub will rotate,
reducing the risk of a wrong ratchet direction setting. |
| • |
Two
microprocessors, an RS-232 PC interface and a printer
interface. |
| • |
Torquing and operating data can be viewed, printed
or transmitted to a computer for permanent record. |
| • |
Two methods of developing printed outputs: connect
the ATP Series Torque Wrench directly to either a
printer or PC. |
| • |
Printing techniques permit capture of data for
process verification, QA compliance and permanent
files without manual notation of date, time, torque
and other data. |
Various
torque ranges are available in this hydraulic wrench
series. Ranges are determined by specific customer
torque requirements and needs. The following wrench
specifications relate to both torque ranges for the
noted series:

| • |
The
TORQUE/ANGLE/PEAK button is used to set the mode
of the wrench for measuring torque or angle against
a preset target. |
| • |
Alarm
issues a visible and audible warning when the torquing
process reaches a preselected percentage. |

| Torque
Software Profiler |
| |
• |
The
torque profile is a graphical presentation which
describes the relationships between torque, angle
(rotation of the torqued object) and time. |
| • |
Plot
allows designers and quality assurance personnel
to evaluate parameters that exist during a torquing
process. |
| • |
Two
microprocessors allow torquing and operating data
to be viewed, printed or transmitted to computers
or printers for future use in tracking and analyzing
data. |
| • |
Data
can be displayed in graphical form (see above)
or transferred in table format to a spreadsheet
program,
such
as Lotus™, where it can be further analyzed. |

| Pumps |
| |
• |
Portable,
self-contained units can be used when electrical
power is not available. |
| • |
Hydraulic
power can be supplied by a hand-operated or pneumatically-powered
pump. |

A
wide selection of drive adapters and mounting fixtures
allows the ATP Hydraulic Wrench to be used with
existing tooling. |
